The Information Technology for Out-of-School Youth was established by the Barangay San Jose under the administration of Hon. Felicito A. Garcia for the benefit of its constituents in 2009 at Sitio Pulang Panyo and recently added a new training facility in Sitio Buhanginan last June 22, 2015 (which is currently the main training center). The Information Technology for Out-of-School Youth Center is funded and managed by Barangay San Jose under the supervision of TESDA Rizal. I.T.O is offering a free training of Digital Unify and Computer System Servicing (NCII) for out-of-school youth of Barangay San Jose.

During its first school year (2009-2010), the Information Technology for Out-of-School was offering the course of Computer Hardware Servicing and had only 63 students. From its first year of operation more than 1000 has completed their trainings in Computer Hardware Servicing NCII.

And as of school year 2015-2018 more than 500 students have completed their training in Computer System Servicing migrated course of Computer Hardware Servicing and still continuing the free course/training for the benefit of the out of school youth and Brgy San Jose constituents who cannot afford to studies in college/universities.
